Our present data practices
This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Bourne Again Media LLC (“Bourne Again Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for www.bourneagainmedia.com and related pages operated by us.
The current website does not offer user accounts, direct checkout, newsletter registration, or an on-site database for contact-form messages. The Contact page prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application. If you send that email, we receive the name, email address, inquiry type, subject, message, and any other information you voluntarily include.
Information that may be processed automatically
Like most hosted websites, technical service providers may process limited device and request information needed to deliver, secure, diagnose, and maintain the site. This may include an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error information. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.
We do not presently claim to use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising, account profiling, or the sale of personal information through this website. If analytics, marketing technologies, direct commerce, accounts, uploads, or mailing lists are introduced, this Policy must be updated before or when those practices begin.
How contact information may be used
We may use information you send to respond to inquiries; evaluate media, rights, curriculum, business, or partnership requests; protect the company, its work, and its users; maintain records of communications; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We do not ask visitors to submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health records, confidential counseling information, or other sensitive records through the general contact channel.
Sharing, retention, and security
Information may be handled by service providers that support email, hosting, security, professional advice, or business operations; by authorities when legally required; or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not promise absolute security. We retain communications only as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, operational records, legal obligations, security, and dispute prevention.
Your choices and contact
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you previously sent, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Email contact@bourneagainmedia.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Privacy rights vary by location. This page is intended to describe current practices and does not waive rights provided by applicable law.
