Scripture governs the work. Books and teachings remain secondary, accountable, and correctable.
Dignity and agency matter. Formation should honor consent, privacy, boundaries, accessibility, and responsible choice.
Power must remain answerable. Leadership requires safeguarding, evidence, correction, referral, and meaningful accountability.
Repair is part of integrity. Grace does not erase consequences, and truth does not require humiliation.

Will’s books and teachings form a central voice within Bourne Again Media. He writes from decades of journaling, study, prayer, family, military service, entrepreneurship, ministry, chronic pain, correction, and lived practice.
His work asks what happens when Christian truth moves beyond inherited language and becomes embodied in how people think, heal, work, relate, lead, create, and serve.
