Our commitment
Bourne Again Media is committed to improving access to its books, teachings, formation resources, and company information for people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing practice that includes design, content, code, media, documents, purchasing experiences, and responsive support.
Current approach
The website is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-usable links and forms, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, visible focus states, readable type, responsive layouts, and text-based cues that do not rely on color alone. We continue to review new pages and features as the site develops.
Automated testing cannot identify every barrier. Human feedback, keyboard testing, screen-reader review, zoom and reflow testing, captions and transcripts, and accessible document review remain important parts of responsible improvement.
Need assistance or found a barrier?
If you experience difficulty accessing a page, form, book description, image, document, video, or other content, email contact@bourneagainmedia.com with “Accessibility Request” in the subject line. Please describe the page or material, the barrier, the assistive technology or browser involved if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information through an accessible alternative and to address reproducible barriers as capacity permits.
Third-party content
Retailers, video platforms, payment providers, social networks, and other linked services control their own accessibility. We welcome reports about barriers encountered through services directly connected to Bourne Again Media’s public experience so that we can evaluate alternatives or raise concerns with the provider.
