WHY THIS BOOK EXISTS

I wrote Health Before Hustle because I have watched gifted, sincere people build work they believed in while slowly treating their bodies, minds, families, and relationships as expendable. In that environment, neglect can begin to look like commitment, exhaustion can be praised as sacrifice, and crisis can become the normal operating system. This book does not insult hard work or argue for passivity.

WHO IT MAY HELP

This book may help readers carrying questions about faith, work, and enterprise, especially those looking for a thoughtful, Christ-centered way to connect belief with lived formation.

WHERE IT BELONGS

Written Interview

Enter the conversation behind the book.

The conversation moves from the identity of the builder to the life that identity must inhabit. Work can be meaningful and demanding, yet the cost becomes difficult to ignore when exhaustion is treated as devotion and the body is expected to absorb every unfinished problem.
